These Shipping & Fulfillment Policy outline the rules and regulations for the use of WIFI PEAK's Website, located at https://wifipeak.com.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these Shipping & Fulfillment Policy. Do not continue to use WIFI PEAK if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 1-3 days of placing order and order will arrive within 5-7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.
Our transaction processing is supported only in U.S. dollars and the pricing displayed during the checkout process will be an estimated conversion price at the time of purchase. If the currency of your bank or credit card account is not in U.S. dollars, you may be charged exchange rate conversion fees by your bank or Credit Card Company. In addition, due to time differences between
(i) The time you complete the checkout process;
(ii) The time the transaction is processed; and
(iii) The time the transaction posts to your bank or credit card, the conversion rates may fluctuate and we make no representations or warranties that (a) the amount submitted to your bank or credit card for payment will be the same amount that is posted to your bank or credit card statement or (b) The estimated conversion price will be the same as either the amount processed or the amount posted to your bank or credit card statement, and you agree to waive any and all claims against healthwatch based upon such discrepancies (including any and all claims for a refund based on the foregoing). You acknowledge and agree that you may be charged VAT based on the country indicated in the User Account’s address information associated with your account.
If you are not satisfied with your wifipeak or any unopened accessory, you have the option of returning the Device within Thrity (30) days after delivery. As long as the Device is in its original condition (unopened, in the case of an accessory) and has not been damaged or modified (including repaired without our prior written consent) in any way, we will credit back the purchase price to the account used at the time of purchase, less any expedited shipping if any, and minus a $19.95 restocking fee.
Wifipeak will not withhold a handling fee for the following states: California, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and West Virginia. If the Device returned to us is damaged in any way, you will not receive a refund.
Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your Device. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Service.
CLICKTECH LLC (wifipeak.com) will not withhold a handling fee for the following states: California, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and West Virginia. If the Wifipeak returned to us is damaged in any way, you will not receive a refund.

We provide free domestic shipping. International shipping will be calculated during the checkout. The cost will vary depending on your location. If you are unsure, please drop us an email first to get an exact quote.
You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:
1.Go to shipping courier provider
2.Enter your tracking number.
3.Press "Track now" to process
If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, please do not panic. This means that your parcel was just picked up by our respective courier partner and it is not scanned into the system yet. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping

We usually ship out packages the within 24hours upon processing. After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
In Metro areas: 3 - 5 business days (except Sunday and holidays)
In Non-Metro areas: 5 - 10 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
Overseas delivery may take between 3-15 business days depending on your location. If you are unsure, please drop us an email first to get an exact quote.

Delivery to some postcodes and outlying areas outside Klang Valley may take slightly longer.
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
Once shipped, you should receive your order within the promised delivery timeframe of 5–7 business days for Metro areas and 5-10 business days for non-Metro areas. Imported items may take longer for delivery.
Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours, as the item has only just been shipped.
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.
